Retail Customers (Direct Consumers)
Swimwear Returns
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and in compliance with EU legislation, returns or exchanges are not accepted for swimwear. This ensures that every customer receives new, unworn products that meet our rigorous hygiene standards.
General Return Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: All swimwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Faulty Items: If your product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos, a description of the issue, and your invoice number to marta@mf-sea.com.
- Condition for Faulty Items: Items damaged through wear and tear or improper care will not be considered faulty.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to use our detailed size guide or contact us directly for assistance.
Wholesale Customers
Order Adjustments and Returns
- Final Sale: All wholesale orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable, except for faulty items or shipment errors.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Include photos, a description of the issue, and your invoice number in your email to marta@mf-sea.com.
- Approved faulty items may be replaced or credited at our discretion.
- Custom Orders: Custom or specially made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Hygiene Policy
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear items cannot be returned or exchanged, even for wholesale customers.
Shipping for Faulty Goods
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return faulty goods. MF SEA will cover the shipping costs for replacement items.
International Orders
- Final Sale: All international orders are final sale, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Sale Items
All items purchased on sale or during promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Loss or Damage in Transit
MF SEA is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or damaged during shipping.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Orders sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If you wish to add signature confirmation or insurance to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order.
